REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception (open your package with a video) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right. If the issue was created during transit or production, we will take responsibility and provide a resolution.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are created and processed within 5-7 business days but may take additional time to reflect in your account. Please note, it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds cannot be initiated if the fault is a result of your own actions, such as misspellings, incorrect or incomplete address details, or incorrect recipient contact numbers provided.
